Terms for using EntryLap.
These terms describe acceptable use, customer responsibilities, workspace rules and service limitations for EntryLap tracking, analytics, dashboard and delivery-monitoring features.
1. Service description
EntryLap provides ecommerce tracking, server-side event intelligence, traffic quality reporting, product readiness analysis, audience signals, journey insights and delivery monitoring.
- Features may include dashboard reports, tracking scripts, platform integrations and intelligence modules.
- EntryLap may improve or change feature names, metrics and dashboard layouts over time.
- Customers are responsible for configuring their own store, platforms and lawful notices.
2. Acceptable use
Customers may use EntryLap only for stores, websites and data they are authorized to manage.
- Do not use EntryLap for unauthorized tracking, scraping, malware, spam, harmful surveillance or unlawful data collection.
- Do not send sensitive personal data unless a written agreement explicitly allows it.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt the service or access another customer’s workspace.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their website disclosures, platform settings, tag configuration, consent management and account security.
- Keep account credentials secure and remove users who should no longer have access.
- Verify event mappings before using analytics for important business decisions.
- Comply with Meta, Google, Shopify, WooCommerce and other third-party platform terms.
4. Service availability and data accuracy
EntryLap aims to provide useful analytics and monitoring, but ecommerce data can be affected by browser limits, consent settings, ad blockers, platform outages or incorrect installation.
- Dashboards are decision-support tools, not guaranteed accounting systems.
- Delivery status may depend on external platforms and API responses.
- Customers should validate important numbers against payment processor or order management systems.
5. Suspension and termination
EntryLap may suspend workspaces that create security risk, violate acceptable use rules or cause platform abuse.
- Customer may stop using EntryLap by removing scripts and requesting workspace deletion.
- Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing or security reasons.
