Billing and payment policy.
This policy explains billing methods, invoices, refunds, plan changes and the role of our payment processors.

1. Free workspace usage
EntryLap may offer free workspace access, free tracking features or promotional dashboard access for stores and growth teams.
- Free features may change as the product evolves.
- Some limits may apply to storage, event volume, integrations or advanced automation.
- EntryLap may contact workspace owners about setup, support or product updates.
2. Billing methods
When paid services are enabled, payment may be processed by third-party payment providers.
- Supported payment methods may include card, PayPal or other processors.
- Customers are responsible for keeping billing information accurate.
- Taxes may be added based on location and payment provider rules.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Applicable refund terms are shown at checkout or in the customer agreement for the selected service.
- Customers can request billing help at entrylap@gmail.com.
- Refund eligibility may depend on usage, billing period, custom work or promotional terms.
- Removing a tracking script does not automatically cancel a paid account unless cancellation is completed through the correct workflow.
4. Plan changes
Customers may upgrade, downgrade or cancel future paid services according to dashboard or support workflows.
- Plan changes may affect event limits, storage duration, integrations or audience features.
- Proration can depend on the payment processor and billing agreement.
- Historical data access may change after cancellation or downgrade.
5. Payment security
EntryLap does not store raw card numbers in the dashboard application.
- Payment details are handled by the selected payment processor.
- Billing records may be retained for tax, accounting, dispute and compliance purposes.
