Privacy for ecommerce intelligence.
EntryLap helps stores understand their own ecommerce events, traffic quality, product readiness and delivery health. This policy explains the data categories collected and how customers can control privacy requests.
1. Scope
This policy applies to EntryLap websites, dashboards, tracking scripts, server-side event flows, support conversations and workspace account activity.
- EntryLap processes data for ecommerce analytics, event delivery monitoring, bot detection, funnel reporting and audience signal analysis.
- Customer stores remain responsible for their own customer notices, consent banners and legal basis where required.
- EntryLap does not require stores to upload unnecessary sensitive personal information to use the core dashboard.
2. Data we may collect
EntryLap may receive account information, store configuration and event-level signals needed to provide analytics and delivery reporting.
- Account data may include name, email address, workspace, store URL, login provider and support messages.
- Event data may include page events, cart events, checkout events, purchase events, refund events, UTM data, device category, bot signal, payment capability signal and delivery status.
- Technical data may include IP address, user agent, timestamps, session IDs, visitor IDs and platform identifiers needed for attribution and delivery logs.
3. How data is used
Data is used to provide dashboards, detect traffic quality issues, monitor event health, explain funnel performance and support customer workspaces.
- Build traffic, funnel, product, journey, payment and delivery reports.
- Detect bot, suspect or low-quality sessions and separate them from clean human signals.
- Support Meta CAPI, Google Ads and other event delivery workflows where configured by the customer.
4. Sharing and processors
EntryLap shares data only with infrastructure, analytics, communication and platform processors needed to provide the service.
- Data may be sent to advertising platforms only when a customer configures those delivery destinations.
- Service providers may include hosting, database, email, logging and payment processors.
- EntryLap does not sell customer store event data.
5. Privacy rights
Users and store customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or opt-out support where applicable law provides those rights.

- EntryLap may ask for information needed to verify and route the request.
- For end-customer requests, EntryLap may work with the store owner as the controller of the store data.
